TThe main goal of the Supplier Portal is to limit various emails by means of this Portal and to keep all communication clearly organized. How does it work?
When a new report or rooming list has been made available, or in the event of new, modified or cancelled reservations, you will automatically receive an email and a notification on the ‘ANWB Messages’ page. This system works on a one-way traffic basis, whereby you are only able to receive messages.
Within an individual reservation number, you are able to communicate with our Operations department via the memo system. You can view the date and time of each memo, and the name of the employee who wrote the memo. Whenever a new memo has been sent by us, you will be notified by email and on the ‘ANWB Messages’ page. When you reply to a message or add a new one, our Operations department will automatically be notified and respond if necessary.
There are a few available options:
If you want to send us a message containing information or questions, you can click on the ‘Add a new memo’ button. A text field will be opened within which you will be able to write a message of a maximum of 4000 characters (if you exceed this number of characters, you can divide the message and send a second memo). By clicking on ‘Ok’ the message will be sent to us.
If you have received a message from us to which you wish tot reply or have to reply, you can click on the ‘Reply to ANWB Reizen’ button. Again, a text field will be opened where you can write your response. By clicking on ‘Ok’ the message will be sent to us.
Once you have replied to a message from us (or you have simply read the information without the necessity to reply), you can mark the message as completed by clicking on the button ‘Mark completed’. This makes it easy for you and your colleagues to know if the information has been dealt with. In addition, when clicking on this button, the notification of the received message will disappear on the ‘ANWB Messages’ page, which makes it easier to keep a good overview of that specific page.
If you would like to write down some information for yourself or your colleagues without sending a message to us, you can add an internal note. This note will only be visible to you and your colleagues, not to us. When you click on the ‘Add an Internal Note’ button, a text field will be opened. Once you have entered the information, you can click on ‘Ok’ to save it.
