Handy help with the Supplier Portal of ANWB Reizen

Since a few months ANWB Reizen has switched to a new system. This system works with the Supplier Portal, where all communication regarding reservations, requests and reports can be found. Our approach is to use this Supplier Portal to limit the 'loose' email traffic and to keep all communication together in an orderly fashion.

For this new Supplier Portal you have received an email from our Operations department with a link to activate your account in the Supplier Portal. If you have not received this email, please check your spam box. If you haven’t received the email at all, please contact the Operations department responsible for your destination: operations.team1@anwbreizen.nl, operations.team2@anwbreizen.nl, operations.team3@anwbreizen.nl, operations.team4@anwbreizen.nl or operations.team5@anwbreizen.nl.

Every partner whose trips we have already published on our new ANWB website will receive all information regarding new bookings via this Supplier Portal. You will therefore no longer receive the bookings through our old systems (Lanterna, Extranet or Mutation lists). Already existing bookings (with 6 digits in total, starting with a 2, a 7 or a 1) are still available in the old systems. You will therefore temporarily have to keep an eye on two systems.
